Okay. I'm not an adolescent boy, never was an adolescent boy, and even as an adolescent girl I never really found the whole "toilet humor" thing all that funny. But there's a Poop Prankster on the loose in Portland, and I gotta say, my first reaction to seeing this altered "stop" sign was exactly the same reaction my 7-year-old son had when he spotted what the screen of my laptop: I laughed. And laughed and laughed and laughed. Cause, you guys! It's supposed to say "stop!" But it doesn't! It says "poop!" AHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Of course, this is no laughing matter. Ahem. This is a very serious offense. After all, what if someone just happened to be driving along and suddenly got to one of these intersections and, well, did exactly what the sign told them to do?
AHAHAHA!! I mean, for shame. For shame, Poop Prankster.
Perhaps you're wondering what my son wondered aloud (when he finally stopped laughing): "Did that person get in trouble?!"
As of this morning, the Poop Prankster remains unidentified. So the answer is, not yet. But of course he will get in trouble, because turning "stop" signs into "poop" signs is NOT okay, young man! And this vandal will surely be sorry when he gets caught.
Oh god, can I go back to laughing now?
What would you if you drove up to a "poop" sign?
