Maybe you don't celebrate Christmas. Maybe you do, but you get an awful paper cut opening presents and need bandages. Whatever the reason, people do sometimes want to go shopping on Christmas Day. So it's helps to know which stores are open on the big day.
As usual, the list of open stores is way short -- even shorter than last year's. Hope you don't need anything you can't get at a drug store! Because there's not much else open -- well, past midnight Christmas Eve, anyway. Here's what we could find.
Cumberland Farms(convenience store): Usually open Christmas day 8:00 a.m. - midnight.
CVS: Some 4,000 locations will be open Christmas day. Call 1-800-SHOP-CVS to find an open store near you.
Rite Aid: Select locations, check the store locator.
Walgreens: Select locations, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m
Winn-Dixie: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
7-11: Open 24 hours a day.
