President Obama Cries & Shows Us Just What Kind of Man He Is (VIDEO)

Awww! 18

Obama cryingOnce again proving exactly what kind of person he is, President Barack Obama broke into tears at a meeting to thank all of his young supporters. The video, which has quickly gone viral, at first glance appears to be some kind of stunt or maybe even acting. But then you watch it.

This is a president who really, really cares. The emotional part isn't merely acting -- he is clearly a bit embarrassed and wants to move on from it. He shouldn't be humiliated at all. His tears and emotion show us that this president doesn't just see people as numbers and votes (like his once-opponent). He wanted this job because he wants to make life better for everyone.

Of course, haters gonna hate. But this election taught us all one big lesson: There is more love in this world than hate. There is more acceptance than anger. And there is more intelligence than ignorance. It's amazing. See below:

Barack Obama is the kind of president we, as a nation, should be proud to call our own. We are so lucky to have this deeply human president. Sure, there are a lot of haters. Watch the comments section below fill with vitriol, conspiracy theories, and indignation. But we can breathe a little easier now. Those people with their hate, ignorance, and small mindedness lost. Hope and diversity won. I am so, so proud of this country and I am so, so proud of this president.

He didn't need to break into tears to convince me that he cares. His policies and actions in office do that all on their own.

Clearly he still needs to convince some people in the country since the race was semi-close (of course, most elections are lately). Some he will never be able to convince. Some will go on thinking they are in the right even when they lose and the signs are clearly pointing to the fact that this country is evolving and changing beyond hate.

They will go right on hating. But it's too bad at least a couple of them can't look at this video and understand that Obama is the kind of president who cares about them. I have known that for years.

Does this touch you?

So if I disagree with the president's policies I am full of hate ignorant and small minded Sasha? I have never written or said anything hateful through this election but you have. I don't profess to speak for all woman but you have, and I try very hard not to put down the people I disagree with. You on the other hand go out of your way to belittle and insult the people who think differently than you! I am glad the president is moved by the support he is getting. Good for him. I wouldn't have even commented if you would have just wrote about that but then you had to go write all those snarky comments! Why?

You may not agree with President Obama's policies or plans for this country, that is your right. But what I am getting disgusted by, is the fact that people are making him out to be some kind of evil dictator in training. Whether you agree with him or not, he is a good man. With a big heart. He is a good father and husband. He professes to love the Lord, he professes to have accepted Him as his Savior. He is no secret Muslim. Christians voted for him, does that make them not true Christians? He truly believes that his ideas for our country are in it's best interest. Maybe they are not, but it's not like he has some hidden agenda to turn the US into the next USSR. You can disagree with this president all you want, but don't paint him to be the evil, end of democracy, Hitler reincarnated, possible Antichrist that he has been made out. I have never seen such doom and gloom, apocalyptic, downright nasty things being said and projected about any other president, be they Republican or Democrat.

I'm sure the innocent women & children injured, maimed, & murdered in the covert drone war he is waging on Pakistan would beg to differ.  Or maybe since these people aren't Americans they don't matter?

quinn007, how many innocent women and children were maimed and murdered in the warin Iraq? And remind me what country we found Osama hiding in, just a stones throw from their largest military training facility again??????

What's your point Keltic?  That getting Osama is justification for the drone strikes?  As you pointed out, he is dead yet the killing continues.  I didn't even mention the assasination of two US citizens or the now famous kill list.  Or the abysmal failure of his administration to protect our consulate in Benghazi.  And what does the war in Iraq have to do with this?  I was against the war and I would say the same thing should anyone try to hold Bush up as some warm & fuzzy President because he shed a tear.

I am not going to try and reason with you Quinn007, bc obviously people like you have your minds set no matter what. My only piece of advise is stop believing everything FoxNews feeds you.
