Yesterday was a good day for a lot of people. Why? Because yesterday marked the biggest Marine homecoming event of the year, reuniting roughly 300 Marines with their families, friends, and loved ones. The Marines, who are assigned to the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, returned home after a seven-month deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Daughters had touching reunions with their mothers; men saw their babies for the first time. It was truly incredible. You can practically see the love radiating from the crowd in this heartfelt video. Trust me, you don't want to miss this. It really is so, so sweet.
Pretty moving, right? There really are fewer things sweeter than seeing military homecomings, and this, by no means, is an exception.
How wonderful is this?
