I'm not a fan of the Jennie Garth/Peter Facinelli divorce necessarily, but if I had to choose sides, I'm Team Jennie all the way. As details emerge that Garth wanted to stay together and try to work on the marriage, and that the divorce is more or less a result of Peter's "juggernaut success" as an actor, I can't help but feel sad for my girl and basically just want to give her a hug. Seems like a really shitty way to go out.
However, I have faith that Jennie will be the one to get the last laugh. Thanks to this one, little kinda huge thing she's got going for her.
Her reality show. The 39-year-old mom of three is set to star in a new show, airing on CMT, called Jennie Garth: A Little Bit of Country. Not only will the show garner a gigantic audience -- everybody tunes in on the heels of a scandal (Two and a Half Men, anyone?) -- it will, more than likely, get everyone on Team Jennie. And from then on out, the sky's the limit. No doubt will she get more acting roles, magazine covers, and general publicity, making her more "successful" than her ex. So, take that, Facinelli.
When it comes to couples and reality shows, I'm against it. It never seems to work out for the best. I'm sure we could all rattle off a list of couples who broke up during or after a reality show basically because of a reality show. But when the couple's already broken up, I think it's a fantastic idea. What have they got to lose, right?

Do you think a Jennie Garth reality show is a good idea?

I think her show is a wonderful idea , i cant wait to watch it and i think shes better off she needs somebody that will love her know matter what .
I really don't think this was all her husband's fault. Jennie herself admitted that she was jealous seeing her husband onscreen with another woman. Being an actor, she should understand that is part of the job! She admitted she was insecure, especially as her husband's fame grew. I can't help but wonder if he got tired of trying to convince her nothing was going on? Now she is telling everybody she didn't want the divorce, turning her into a martyr.
Why does she need a team, again? We don't even know her.
