Now, iPhone users are going to be absolutely shocked by this news, but Consumer Reports says that AT&T is the worst cellular service provider in the United States. Again.
This is even after AT&T spent $2 billion this year to correct the problems in its network and customer service. So what will it take to get the company to take customers' complaints about the ridiculous number of dropped calls seriously?
Maybe the fact that it's about to lose its exclusivity on Apple's iPhone when Verizon -- the nation's second best carrier -- begins selling a version early next year. Viewed from this lens, it seems this Consumer Report conclusion couldn't have come at a worse -- or better? -- time.
