Be Careful Whose Feet You Call Smelly

Julie Ryan Evans

feetA 18-year-old woman is a little sensitive about her feet ... to say the least.

Dallas Amber Smith of Monroe, Wash., stabbed a man for calling her feet "smelly".

They were at a party and she was bragging about how great she could do back flips. When fellow party goers challenged her to do one off a balcony, she removed her shoes to do so.

When she attempted and failed, a19-year-old man not only laughed at her, but said her feet stunk.

And that's when things went really wrong.

After rubbing her socks in the guy's face, she grabbed a steak knife and stabbed him in the back.

When police arrived, the knife was still in his back. He suffered a collapsed lung, but is thankfully going to be alright.

Alcohol was, of course, involved, but wow talk about snapping

No one wants to be made fun of, but smelly feet? Buy some Odor Eaters and move on with your life.

Unfortunately, now her life is going to be marred by this one rash incident. She previously had no criminal record and was supposedly heading to Australia for a few months. Now, she's been charged with second-degree assault with a deadly weapon.

How's she gonna explain that one to a future employer?

Two lessons learned from this story: 1) Be careful who you tease, because you never know when or how they may snap; and 2) Learn to count to 10 and walk away when you get angry or or that old golden rule about sticks and stones.

Although for this guy, words really did end up hurting him.

Have you ever done anything rash that you regret because you were angry at someone?
