So, you're looking for a house in the Detroit area because you hear they're ridiculously cheap. And this one catches your eye. It's probably a fixer-upper, but it's a 2,084-square-foot, 4-bedroom brick colonial -- for only $19,500! You HAVE to take a look, right? This is so worth considering. There's just one little thing. According to the listing, it was "previously a Halloween haunted house."

No big deal, right? Yeah ... well, maybe you should see some photos first. Let's just say, the seller is "highly motivated" to sell but couldn't be bothered to stage the house.

Move over Queen of Versailles, owner of the biggest house in America. Here's something even more exciting: The most expensive single-family home in the U.S. just sold for $120 million. Known as Copper Beech Farm, this estate sits on the waterfront of tony Greenwich, Connecticut. It includes an enormous, 13,000-square-foot landmark house that was built over 100 years ago, so you can't even call it a tacky McMansion. I mean, you could if you wanted to just because you're being eaten alive by your envy, but that would be inaccurate.

Would you like to see what a $120 million house looks like? Well get ready to see that and more, because this property isn't just about the house. There's much, much more. Let's sneak in and have a look, shall we?

In the Great Conscious Uncoupling of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, one question has been plaguing me: Whatever will become of their wonderful, amazing real estate? The two own five properties around the world. There's the double townhouse in London with its pizza oven in the backyard. Then there's the beach estate in the Hamptons. There's the Brenthood equestrian estate in Los Angeles. They have an apartment in Manhattan, naturally. And they just bought a $14 million home in Malibu -- right before announcing their split. WHAT the WHAT?

Do you ever wonder how much more -- or less space you could buy if you moved to another city? As a New Yorker, that game is almost painful. Oh, the palace I could buy in Utah if I sold my teeny little apartment in Brooklyn! We thought it would be fun to compare how much house the same amount of money will buy you around the country. The median house price in the U.S. is around $188,900. Let's up that just a tad -- here's what $300,000 (more or less) will get you.

The Boulder, Colorado house where JonBenet Ramsey died in 1996 has been listed for sale for nearly $2 million -- though it seems absolutely unthinkable that anyone would want to purchase it. And considering this is the fourth time the current owners have tried to unload the place, it's clear that they're having more than a tough time of finding the right buyer.

At 7,240 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, the home is stately, luxurious, and in a sought-after location. But that doesn't change the fact that one of the most horrible unsolved murders in U.S. history took place inside its walls.

Oh, and would you believe that the real estate listing on Zillow even shows a photo of the basement where that poor, beautiful little girl was found strangled to death?

D'oh! Remember back in December when a couple filed a lawsuit against their realtors after catching them having sex in their home, which they were supposed to be showing to potential buyers?

Yeah, well, now homeowner Richard Weiner has released a video he captured of the agents, Robert Lindsay and Jeannemarie Phelan, having sex -- which was featured on Inside Edition.

OMG. If getting caught and having a lawsuit filed against them wasn't humiliating enough -- think about how mortified these two must be now that the footage has been shared with the masses!

    Check it out.

Imagine you had the opportunity to own a 113-year-old Victorian house in a quiet neighborhood in northeastern Pennsylvania. It boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 9-foot ceilings, a bay window, a stained glass window, and an actual study/library that features a secret door behind a moving bookcase that leads to a little private office space. Are you kidding? Sign this space-starved New Yorker up!

Oh, but wait, there's one catch: according to the house's owners, their home is "slightly haunted." No big deal really, as long as you don't mind hearing screams and strange knocking sounds in the middle of the night or catching the occasional "ghastly visage" lurking behind you in the bathroom mirror. Ready to put in an offer?

Well, if you've always dreamed of owning a home in a quaint town in Italy -- today just might be your lucky day. Or not. The home where Amanda Knox lived with Meredith Kercher (yes, the one where Kercher was murdered) is up for sale -- and it can be yours if you have an extra $500,000 lying around.

Relax. I'm kidding. It's impossible to imagine for one second that anyone would be interested in purchasing a home where a young girl was brutally killed. Who would want to live in a place like that?

Believe it or not, there have been quite a few visitors to the web page where the home is listed.

Wouldn't it be cool to live next to a celebrity? They'd probably invite you over to drink martinis and watch the Oscars 'n stuff. Orrrr maybe it would totally suck. Like maybe they'd have a very loud Oscar party that they wouldn't invite you to at all, but that would keep you up until 4 a.m. Really depends on the celebrity neighbor, I guess. Lucky for us, real estate website Zillow has released the results of its "Best and Worst Celebrity Neighbors for 2013." No surprise that Kimye top the worst list. First of all, they just had a baby and no one wants to listen to nighttime screaming. Second: Kanye. They're like that couple where everyone goes, "She's nice, but her husband ..." and shakes their head. Here is the top five on the worst neighbor list ... and a few they forgot.

We may not know what the future holds for Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, but we do know that their house is for rent. Yup, the celebricouple has officially listed their 8,600 square foot Miami mansion for rent. For a casual $17,000 a month, the lucky renter can enjoy the gorgeous spiral staircases, a movie theater, billiards room, wet bar, beautiful marble floors, and oh right -- six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

I guess when you're as big as Lamar you need a lot of space to galavant around in. Oh, and did I mention there's a pool, spa, and an illuminated basketball and tennis court?

Hey, all I'm saying is that maybe this is a good sign for the couple. I mean, if they're not using the mansion -- then maybe they're happily living together in their Los Angeles home? Hey, a Kardashian fan can hope. Take a sneak peek at Khloe and Lamar's home, here:
