Looks like Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are kicking off 2013 with a bang. After the horror that was Kristen moving out after the whole Rupert Sanders cheating scandal, the lovebirds are looking into buying property together once again. Back in September they moved back in together, and now, the duo has their eyes set on a place in London so they can spend more time with Rob's friends and family. After recent reports that they're still not too keen with him taking Kristen back, this may not be such a bad thing. Besides, Rob's been wanting to head back to London for a while now.

Oh the joy of being young, in love, and owning a home together. I can just envision their perfect pad now. In southwest London, not too far from his parents' home. And oh, the treasures we'll find inside ...

I know that so far the pregnancy rumors surrounding them are just rumors -- but now it looks as though Prince William and Kate Middleton's move to Kensington Palace may be a pretty good indicator that a baby is in their near future.

An inside source told US Weekly that the royal couple plans on officially moving into their four-story, 20 room pad this summer, and adds that, "A baby is the main reason for the move."

(And if a baby is the reason for the movie, then they must be having a baby, right?)

At some point or another, most of us will be faced with the question of where our aging parents should live -- especially if one of them is deceased and you don't want the other residing alone anymore.

But it can be pretty tough to convince grandma to check into an assisted living center if she's used to being pretty independent, and the idea of moving her in with you may not go over so well and opens up the gate to a whole host of conflicts and problems.

Sooo ... what the heck are you supposed to do with her? Well, now you can literally stash her away in your backyard by setting up a "Granny Pod" for her to live in.

Any parent will tell you that the first few months at home with a new baby are a bit on the challenging side (to say the least), and that's why it's best to keep your stress level to a minimum and avoid doing things that might shake up your life -- like moving.

But one couple from Canada obviously doesn't have much of a choice, because they're being forced out of their home because they have a baby now.

Thandi Schweitzer and Deb Rousseau have owned their condo for six years, and it just happens to be an adults-only building. And even though they knew when they decided it was time for a baby that they were living in a place that "doesn't allow" anyone under the age of 19, they really didn't think too much of it.

Ok, so I know Kristen Stewart just purchased a gorgeous new home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, but apparently she and Robert Pattinson may still be searching for an additional place to live together and hopefully continue their shaken romance.

According to New! magazine, Rob and Kristen may have plans to buy a home in England and shack up across the pond instead of back in La-La land with all the other Hollywood types.

A source who talked to the magazine said, "They know they need somewhere discreet and low-key to hide away in and have some serious downtime, so they are looking in Cornwall and the Isle of Wight and some of Rob’s family are there so it all makes sense."

Be careful what you post on Craigslist. And be sure you're very, very explicit about exactly what it is you're offering, or you could wind up like one poor Georgia family.

Facing foreclosure on their home of 20 years, Pam Hobbs and her son lost even more when a yard sale posting on Craigslist gave people the impression that it wasn't just the furniture in the driveway they were giving away for free. Folks were welcome to come into their home and take anything -- and everything -- they could get their hands on. Total. Chaos. 

As someone who is in the process of moving from one big city to another, I have been looking at a whole lot of houses and watching a whole lot of House Hunters to get myself in the mood. To say it has been an education is an understatement.

We happen to be looking in particularly expensive parts of the country, but one thing I am finding, especially in parts of the country where you can get a 3,000-square-foot house for under $700K, is that a lot of men expect a "man cave."

Just what is a man cave? Apparently, it's a place where men collect sports memorabilia, watch sports, fart, and drink beer, among other "manly pursuits," while women tend to the washing and the sewing in their part of the house. OK, I am kidding on the latter part of that, but seriously, WTF, people?

They must be seriously considering taking their relationship to the next level, because Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were spotted house hunting in Miami this week, which can only mean one thing. Ok, so maybe it can only mean two things.

Either Kim and Kanye are on the verge of moving in together and having lots of little Kardashian-West babies -- or Kim is just super desperate to distract herself from the news that her ex, Reggie Bush, just got his girlfriend preggers. (Oh yes, he did!)
