Reuse Old Campaign Signs in Fun Ways

Don't toss those old campaign signs! Reuse them.

The results are in, which means election season is officially over. It’s time to take those campaign signs off the front lawn. However, instead of throwing them away, why not put them to good use?

Disney FamilyFun magazine recommends turning old campaign signs into special birthday signs for your children. Just prime and paint them with a “Happy Birthday” message and reposition them in the front yard for a very special birthday surprise.

And why not save the dough you might pay for one of those yard storks and use one of these signs to announce a new baby to the neighborhood instead? This would be a fun project for an older sibling.

In the past, I have also used old campaign signs to communicate garage sales and FOUND: pet postings, and baby/wedding showers.

What do you do with your old campaign signs?
