I don't know how I lose my keys as often as I do since the entire collection weighs a ton. I've got my house keys, my car keys, my storage space keys, keys to mom's house, my Stop and Shop card, my CVS card, two other store cards, and a picture of my daughter hanging off one chain. All I have is my house key and it's attached to my wallet with a piece of string. And I carry it in my back pocket. I've done it that way since college. When I need to drive I grab my car keys which are on the ring they came on with the door lock thing and a plastic keychain from the dealership. I don't drive any more (long story) so I have no need for car keys.
I keep car keys and house keys seperate. Since our house has different locks on every door if I carried keys for each it would be a nightmare. The grocery coupon tags always break off my keychain (even with protective sleeve) so I gave up on them. I like a keytab that shows some character or interest. Mine is all about my dogs. What I should have is a devise that makes noise when I am looking for my keys.
