I want to hang this lovely Daydream List over my desk and use it to remind myself to slow down when life gets too harried...
Here's what I'd add to the list:
Fluffy blueberry pancakes.
A vintage typewriter.
Coffee and the paper on Sunday morning.
Walking the dog at dusk.
A dinner party.
Kids swinging in the park.
Five minutes before the alarm goes off.
Fresh herbs growing in a windowsill.
Riding bikes by the lake.
A whistling teapot.

My daydream list consists of:
A happy, stable life.
A career in teaching.
Many vacations with my daughter so she can have the kind of memories I do.
A good car. (Since mine has kicked the bucket on me.)
Another day to spend with my Uncle who passed away in December of 07.
Tickets to a Red Sox game.
A beautiful yet simple two-story house with a big yard.
The chance for my family to buy back the house I grew up in.
And..a Happily Ever After.
**There are so many more things I've always wanted..but it would take far too long to list them. I figured this was a good list to start with.
taking pictures of the kids doing whatever
Go to Paris and stand in front of the Effiel Tower
A career in interior decorating
open a boutique
buy a farmhouse
worry free about money and all the bad stuff in the world
Go to the beach anytime you wanted
