5 Easy Herbs to Grow in Your Kitchen (PHOTOS)

Growing your own herbs is a good idea all around (are you trying to save money? Cook more? Eat organic? Avoid pesticides?), but we can all agree that it's more than a little intimidating. While it's true that some herbs can be tricky to please, there are a bunch that will grow with only a little encouragement.

We spoke with Rebecca Lee, a registered nurse from New York and founder of the natural health resource Remedies for Me, to find out which herbs anyone can handle growing. She says that if you can set aside a few minutes once a week for watering, rotating, and trimming your plants, you can start your own mini herb garden in no time.
