11 Best Places to Meet Your Favorite Classic Disney Pals (PHOTOS)

Everyone has a favorite classic Disney character, especially when it comes to the original Disney pals. Chances are there's a particular character that your child has to snap a photo with or else you risk a total meltdown. 

Before you hit the ground running, check out these 11 places to find your favorite Disney pals at Walt Disney World.

  • Mickey Mouse the Magician

    At the Town Square Theater in the Magic Kingdom, you can meet the man himself, Mickey Mouse, wearing his magician's outfit, so your kids will get to see some of his magic performed in front of their eyes. Consider booking a FastPass+ for this attraction as it's a popular meet and greet. While you're in the Town Theater, stop in and say hello to Tinker Bell. 

  • Daring Disney Pals-Turned-Circus Stars

    At Magic Kingdom you can meet the Amazing Donaldo, The Great Goofini, Minnie Magnifique and Daisy Fortuna -- they're all part of the circus at Pete's Silly Sideshow in Fantasyland. Once you're finished let the kids run around at Casey Jr. Splash 'N' Soak next door while you recharge your batteries.

  • Safari Mickey & Minnie

    You can meet Mickey & Minnie in Animal Kingdom at the Adventurers Outpost. Decked out in their safari gear, they're downright adorable and a perfect fit for this adventure-packed theme park. 

  • Donald Duck as One of the Three Caballeros

    El Pato Donald (Donald Duck in Spanish, people) awaits in -- where else? -- Epcot's Mexico pavilion. Stop in to score a picture and autograph, then relax on the Gran Fiesta Tour, a boat ride that features El Pato himself.

  • Mickey, Minnie & Goofy

    Find Mickey and other classic Disney pals at the Character Spot in Epcot. This place is almost always hoppin', so make a FastPass+ reservation for this experience if you can. 

  • Tigger & Pooh

    In Epcot's United Kingdom pavilion, Tigger and Winnie the Pooh greet guests in Christopher Robin's room. Books line the walls and toys blanket the bed as the two sign autographs and pose for pics with this most darling of backdrops. At Magic Kingdom, find them in Fantasyland near their namesake ride, the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

  • Chip & Dale

    At Epcot you can find original Disney pals at Innoventions West. Fun-loving pals (or are they brothers?) Chip & Dale are usually there, waiting to welcome folks to Future World. 

  • Mickey as the Sorcerer's Apprentice

    The most famous of the Mickey Mouse personas is the Sorcerer's Apprentice. You'll find him at Hollywood Studios near the Streets of America Studio Catering Co. What could be more apropos than a Fantasmic dinner package for the same evening? Reservations can be made 180 days out and some include VIP seating for the nightly Fantasmic show.

  • Donald Duck, Daisy & More

    Wondering where you might be able to meet Donald Duck, Daisy, and some of their pals, such as Goofy and Pluto, at Hollywood Studios? Center Stage located on Hollywood Boulevard is where they hang out, waiting for their biggest fans to come check them out. 

  • Dino Disney Pals

    To find Donald, Pluto and Goofy at Animal Kingdom, you'll have to go back, way back. DinoLand U.S.A. is a prehistoric fun factory, and all three of these characters are there to greet kids. After your meet and greet, check out the Primeval Whirl carnival-like roller coaster.

    As you walk into the Magic Kingdom, you'll have the chance to meet all your favorite Disney characters. Rotating at certain times of the day near the park entrance is Pluto, Donald, Daisy, Minnie and more. After your meet and greets, walk a few steps over to the Firehouse and learn about Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom, an interactive, role-playing game fun for adults and children alike.
