Looks like Queen Elizabeth -- aka Great Grandmummy -- has purchased a fancy three-bedroom, three-bathroom pied-à-terre for the Royal Family. Now all the dukes, duchesses, princes, and princesses will have a place to call home when they visit the Big Apple. Let's take a peek inside!

The apartment is located at 50 United Nations Plaza, the "ultimate global address," and boasts views of the midtown skyline and the Empire State and UN Secretariat buildings. Perfect for traveling dignitaries, diplomats, and, ya know, monarchs.

The sleek, well-appointed building was designed by one of the Queen's favorite architects, Sir Norman Foster. It will offer the Royals a secure, private, and elegant place to take off their hats and let their hair down. Wonder if Will and Kate will stay here with babies Georgie and Charlotte while vacationing, or if it will be Harry's crash pad? Hmm, maybe HRH has the only set of keys.

If you are used to living in castles, do you think a three-bedroom apartment will feel cozy or claustrophobic?
