Demi Moore has listed her uber-tony New York triplex penthouse for a whopping $75 million, and the news has New York's real estate world buzzing! Everyone has been dying to get a look inside the 14-room home Demi bought with then-hubby Bruce Willis in 1990.

Located on the Upper West Side in the celeb-fave San Remo building, the property boasts views of the New York skyline and Central Park's boat pond. The address has been home to plenty of rich and famous-types including Donna Karan, Steven Spielberg, Glenn Close, Tiger Woods, Diane Keaton, the late Steve Jobs, Dustin Hoffman, and Bono. Achtung baby!

The twin-towered residence was designed by famed architect Emory Roth in 1929 and features Renaissance-style Corinthian temples crowned by 22-foot-high copper lanterns. Inside, the home features a Southwestern Mission motif with cherry wood accents and dramatic windows. So why would Demi want a change of address? The New York Times quoted the A-list actress as saying, “I’m spending the majority of my time in my other homes, and this apartment is too magnificent not to be lived in full time.” Demi, we agree. This place is magnificent!

Madonna was once rejected by the co-op of Demi's building. Do you think another celebrity will move in?
