3 Quick & Easy DIY Christmas Ornament Crafts for the Whole Family

Every year we get busy decorating our Christmas tree with keepsake ornaments that my kids have created, and I am always keeping my eyes peeled for new ones to try with them.

They love getting crafty and it's a great way to keep them busy during winter break. Naturally, Pinterest offers tons of easy do-it-yourself ornament ideas that always look amazing.

Today I chose three of my favorite Pinterest-inspired ornaments to try. First we attempted the Melted Snowman Ornament where you fill an empty ornament with sugar and add the snowman's eyes, nose, and buttons.

Next we tried the Mod Podge Fabric Ornament where scraps of fabric are essentially glued into place with Mod Podge.

And last, we attempted the Melted Peppermint Cookie Cutter Ornaments where pieces of peppermint candies are melted inside cookie cutters for fun Christmas shapes to hang on the Christmas tree.

Watch as we attempt all three in less than two minutes and determine whether or not they are Pinterest wins or Pinterest fails!
