I made something similar in elementary school one year except we used plastic sandwich bags. It turned out really nice!
We did something similar but we used strips of tissue paper (the gift wrapping kind)
Thank you for posting my Christmas craft. My son and I enjoyed making the wreath. Our family is working on making recyclable christmas crafts and ornaments with items we have in the home. I have posted other craft ideas in my SImply Homemade group
