Those lucky enough to peruse and purchase from Oprah's cast-offs helped raise $600,000, which will go toward college scholarships for graduates of her Leadership Academy for girls in South Africa.     You know how much Oprah likes books! This item went for $1,200.

    Guests at Oprah's Hawaii home rode around the island on these cool and colorful bikes. It went for $5,250.

    Oprah says she has hundreds of these antique-looking dolls. One lucky fan walked away with this one for $2,500.
