My husband will be trying to get the Christmas lights up this weekend if the weather stays nice. :) I love lights !!
Nothing as elaborate as that picture, but we will put out our standard fare and start on the indoor stuff this weekend. I am not so much into the mood of Xmas as I was in years past. Although the element of surprise is what I love and do best. Cannot wait until I am off for two weeks. Love sleeping in.
We have white lights up on our back patio year round:) It turns our patio into an outdoor living space. We love it:)
never have put up lights outside, but i used to put them around the doors and windows on the inside when the kids were smaller and you could see them from the outside..............

I live in an apartment building in New York City and the whole building is always decorated and I cant put lights outside. =( If I didn't like New York City so damn much I would have bought a house closer to my parents house in PA but I've fallen in love with New York especially at Christmas time so I'll just decorate the inside of my apartment instead. lol.
