It's not too girly or youthful for me, it's too trendy and I'm just not into polka dots so much.
I can't imagine doing polka dot tile! In a few years when it's not so trendy any more, you'd be stuck with something fairly permanent, KWIM? Of course, it could be changed, but not quickly / easily / inexpensively.
