If you've ever dreamed of sleeping in the same bedroom as one of Hollywood's hottest actors, then you may want to set an appointment with a realtor to check out Leonardo DiCaprio's stunning Malibu home, which he just put on the market for a cool $23 million.
And while that price won't buy you a hot date with Leo, it will get you a pretty nice piece of beachfront property -- complete with three separate homes to stretch out and relax in.
The main house features four bedrooms and views of the ocean and, of course, a fancy-schmancy kitchen. (Would you expect anything less from Leo's pad?)
The second home is a guest house, which offers two bedrooms and its own private access to the beach, so nobody has to traipse through your turf on their way down to the surf. (Wouldn't that be nice when the in-laws come to visit?)
And as for the third home, it's a recreation paradise -- with a gym and media room, and it also has an office if you'd like a place to work in peace without any interruptions. (Although, if you can afford a $23 million house, I'm not sure there's any need to work.)
Geez, why on earth does Leo want to unload this place? It sounds like the perfect spot for a single guy, and in case you hadn't heard, he IS single again after splitting with model Erin Heatherton.
This home is perfect for chilling out with the boys, and come to think of it, it's also a great place to woo the new lady in his life, whoever she may be. (Oh, c'mon -- you know he'll have another beauty on his arm before we can blink.)
Why do you think Leo is selling his house, and where should he move next?

I can't believe you said "if you can afford a $23 mil home, I am not sure you need to work"! How do you think he was able to get the home in the first place? He worked. And yes, even if you can afford a $23 mil home, you still need to work so you can keep that home.
