justin bieberJustin Bieber may be a great boyfriend, but he totally sucks as a neighbor. Since he moved to their street, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard say the neighborhood has become a big, noisy frat house.

Bieber is renting a house near the couple's. While millions of girls would give anything for the chance to just breathe the same air as Bieber, Bell and Shepard are singing another tune.

While promoting their new comedy Hit & Run on The View, they dished about what it's like to live next door to the teen sensation. "The music and the parties and the paparazzi, I mean, it's like living in Lebanon now," Shepard said.

Before he moved in, he admits he was a big Bieber fan. "A friend of ours made the Bieber documentary, so we went to support [director] Jon Chu. So didn't I fall in love with Justin Bieber during that documentary!" Shepard added. "I had cried and laughed 90 times during the first five minutes, I left with complete Bieber Fever."

Bell, however, isn't so hard on the Biebs. "In his defense, I will say we don't know the exact house the music is coming from," she said. "We just know since he moved in, the music has been blaring."

Hmmm. Bieber's no loner, couch potato type. I am sure the teen is having tons of fun, partying with his pals in his new pad. He's young. That's unlikely to change anytime soon. I suggest his neighbors suck it up. Or angle for an invite. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
