If the rumors about Kim Kardashian & Kanye West moving in together are true, then it's going to be pretty tough for them to deny their romance for too much longer. People of the opposite sex who are "just friends" typically don't make a habit of putting their respective homes up for sale in order to buy or rent a place together unless they're fairly serious.

According to TMZ, both Kim and Kanye have given their realtors "pocket listings" on their homes, and Kim's is listed for a whopping $4.8 million. Supposedly they are looking to ditch their individual pads for their very own Kimye-inspired love nest -- complete with its very own gate, of course.

But aside from privacy, I can't help but speculate about just how over-the-top their first place together will probably be. Because something tells me that Kim & Kanye won't accept anything less than the best when it comes to how their pad is adorned from top to bottom.

If I had to guess, I'm thinking that 99 percent of the floors will be the finest Italian marble, with the perfect crystal chandelier to complement each and every room. And the light fixtures & door handles and all that jazz? Definitely 14-karat gold. (Would you really expect anything less?)

And I'm thinking they'll also have a state-of-the-art chef's kitchen, a private recording studio (so Kanye can get his groove on), and DUH, a resort-style pool and spa with a separate guest house in the backyard. (They've gotta have somewhere to stash Scott Disick when he comes to visit.)

Oh yeah, one more thing -- you know if they do get a house together, it will have a nursery. If Kimye is truly the real deal and plan on taking their relationship to the next level, then a baby can't be too far off in their future. (Get the Tiffany rattles ready.)
