While her mega-mansion in Bel Air is being renovated, Jennifer Aniston certainly won't be living in cramped, uncomfortable conditions. She and her honey Justin Theroux have reportedly settled into a swanky love nest in Beverly Hills for the hefty sum of $40,000 a month (which is chump change to them, I'm sure).
And considering just how swanky and zen this place is, they may change their minds and decide they never want to leave. The home boasts sweeping views of both the Pacific Ocean and the city, and comes complete with 6,500 square feet and 5 bedrooms & 6.5 bathrooms. But even though they have more than enough room to accommodate overnight guests, I'm guessing they'd much rather enjoy the zero-edge swimming pool, spa, and waterfalls all by themselves. Love nests are all about intimacy and privacy, right?
In addition to the home's resort-like outdoor features, the interior offers plenty of fun options for date nights in as well. Jen & Justin can sip expensive wines from their climate controlled wine room, snuggle up and enjoy movies in the home theater, and cook delicious meals together in the state-of-the-art kitchen.
And the home's sleek and modern design really seems to fit in with Aniston's whole lifestyle, as she's all about keeping things calm and serene. Judging from the description of this pad, I highly doubt she'll ever wake up stressed out. It must be nice to start each day with no other decision to make than whether you're going to practice a little yoga or go for a morning swim. Being Jennifer Aniston seems so nice, doesn't it?
Should Jen just stay put instead of moving to Bel Air? Would you rather have ocean views or tons of space?
