Mirrored tile, would you dare? Personally, I think it looks amazing! I love the contrast of the antique-looking wood and the very modern-looking shimmery tiles.

These bright stripes are so cool. I'm afraid I'd get a little cross-eyed, though, and fall right on my face!

Numbered stairs -- how creative is this? It seems like an especially cute idea for a family with pre-schoolers who are just learning their 1-2-3s. I can imagine my kids coming up with all sorts of games based on stairs like this.
