7 Amazing and Easy DIY Craft Projects for Easter

by Gabrielle Blair on March 22, 2012 at 2:09 PM

Easter is one of my very favorite holidays. It's just so nice to officially welcome spring at last! Growing wheat grass is such an easy way to bring some Easter cheer to your space. I do it every year!
Find 6 other great Easter DIY decor ideas below!

Aren't these paper punch eggs so cute? The tutorial calls for straight pins when attaching the paper circles to the egg, but glue would probably work too.

I got a good laugh out of the funny poses these felt chicks are striking on this tutorial and I love how bright and cheery they are. Perfect for Easter and spring in general.
This egg garland is made out of paint chips -- what an easy and colorful idea!
Spray-painted silhouette mason jars, used here as planters, could really be filled with just about anything -- or even left alone!
A different take on an egg garland, this one made with string. What a great project to get the kids involved in!
This paper mache egg wreath looks so much more put together than the other plastic egg wreaths I've seen around. A little time-consuming, but the final outcome looks festive indeed.
I hope you've found some inspiration here! What are your favorite ways to decorate for Easter? Have you spotted any great DIYs I should know about?

I like the grass centerpiece, the kids would probably have fun growing it and we could do a science lesson and decorate at tha same time.  :)

We don't do a lot of decorating for Easter, but I'd like to make a wreath.
