Now that Ben Flajnik's snorefest of a Bachelor season is over, fans are counting down the days till Emily Maynard takes over the spotlight as The Bachelorette. OMG. How adorable is Emily -- and how much fun will it be to watch her get to have her pick of 25 guys? She's going to be amazing, and hopefully she will breathe new life into the series and make us addicted for all of the right reasons again.
Because Emily is such a dedicated mom to her daughter, Ricki, the taping of the show will take place mostly in her hometown of Charlotte, N.C. And while Charlotte may not have all of the glitz and glamour of Los Angeles, it does have some pretty luxurious real estate. ABC selected the perfect Bachelorette pad for Emily's 25 new suitors -- and it's beyond swanky. With a price tag of $3.9 million, it gives plenty of Southern California homes a run for their money.

The European style house is beyond massive, so the 25 guys on the show will have plenty of room to stretch out and make themselves comfortable. The entire place is filled with marble, and comes complete with a billiard room (because dudes love to bond over a game of pool), six-bedrooms, a gym, a ballroom, and of course, a swimming pool and hot tub that resemble that of a fancy resort.
Whether or not a true love connection will be made between Emily and one of the lucky guys remains to be seen -- but this place certainly sets the perfect stage for romance!
Filming is underway now for Emily's season of The Bachelorette, and the show premieres in May. To prepare for her new role, she got some advice from two ladies who have been through the process themselves, Ali Fedotowsky and Ashley Hebert. Take a look at the video clip below to hear some of the tips they had to offer her.
Do you think that it will be strange to watch the show take place in Charlotte?
