Honda Motor Co. issued a recall today of about 304,000 cars worldwide due to faulty airbags. The recall first started in 2008 and has continued over the years. The problem with some cars is that when the airbag deploys, it does so with too much force, sending bits of plastic and metal flying that have caused multiple injuries and two deaths here in the U.S. The Honda recall is one to be taken seriously.
It's scary to think that the one thing that's supposed to be your savior in an accident is one of the things that's causing you harm. Airbags are something we rely on for safety. To think they're contributing to the dangers of driving is a little disconcerting. Everything you need to know about the recall after the jump.
Do you own a Honda? Are you concerned about the recall?
