Lego Storage BlocksFull confession: I’ve bought Lego sets just for myself. Sometimes they have those little specialized themed ones -- I remember a teeny torture chamber, but I can’t find a record of it online, so maybe I dreamed it -- and I can’t resist. Putting them together satisfies my IKEA jones, but with lower stakes.

Legos are irresistible. Which is why I have the lust for these grownup-sized stacking storage in Lego-block shapes.

Aw yeah. Now I just have to figure out how to build a house out of them.

These amazing stackable boxes come in eight colors including pink, yellow, and blue, and one size -- large! -- as in 7 inches high, 20 inches long, and 10 inches deep. Which means they’re too big to ship from the UK, where they’re made. If you want them, you’ll have to make friends with someone coming back from England with a big-ass suitcase.

Oh. Or you could just wait till next year. A spokesperson from Lego told me that she couldn’t divulge details, but those hungry for stackable storage with a nostalgic edge should “stay tuned for next year -- we will have some storage options in the US.”

You heard it here first, folks. Hopefully they’ll be less than $35 each!
