Completely enamored of this DIY cross-stitch skull pumpkin. I mean I'm completely head (ha ha) over heels for it. It's such a unique and spooky ode to the craftastic masses, who have already "been there, done that" when it comes to making Halloween decorations!

P.S. You still have three days to get crafty in time for Hallow's Eve. It's not too late.
The amazing cross-stitch pumpkin above comes from Meg at elsie marley (via Craft). Isn't it lovely? And the best part is it isn't really cross-stitched and won't break your needles. Plus, you could customize this with any cross-stitch pattern you like. Check out Meg's step-by-step tutorial to make your own.
I'm a huge fan of Japanese masking tape, and when I saw this masking tape pumpkin by Abbey of aesthetic outburst and her daughter, I was like phew! Cause we haven't carved our pumpkins yet! And I hate carving pumpkins (because I end up doing it all)! However, we have rolls and rolls of cute Japanese masking tape and probably some sticky eyes somewhere. I love this kid crafty look and a craft that actually allows your kids to decorate their own pumpkin, start to finish.
This Halloween wreath by Karen at The Art of Doing Stuff is totally creepy-chic. Sure, trick or treaters will be shaking in their Stormtrooper and Lady Gaga boots when they come to your door, but it'll be worth it. Freak-chic at its best. Totally awesome.
