SUITE New York has launched the lovely Pink Wishbone Project to benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Designer Hans Wegner’s legendary Wishbone chair is now available in pink, and 20 of the world’s leading women interior designers have each created one-of-a-kind cushions for the chair to benefit breast cancer research.

I love these pretty pink chairs.

Interior designers Kelly Behun, Sheila Bridges, Alexandra Champalimaud, Neisha Crosland, Lulu de Kwiatkowski, Tori Golub, Alexa Hampton, Allegra Hicks, Julie Hillman, Annie Kelly, Celerie Kemble, Kit Kemp, Laura Kirar, Amy Lau, Katie Lydon, Emma Jane Pilkington, Sara Rotman, Ruthie Sommers, Kelly Wearstler, and Bunny Williams have donated extraordinary cushions of their design.

The 20 chairs are currently up for auction on luxury charity auction site charitybuzz with 100% of the proceeds going to benefit BCRF.

Here are a few of my favorite cushions:

After the event, the Pink Wishbone chair -- without cushions -- will be available at SUITE New York exclusively for one year, with 20% of its sales going to BCRF.

Love when designers use their creative works to help charity. Great idea!
