Skateboarder-turned-actor Jason Lee (whom you probably know best as the mustachioed Earl from the show My Name Is Earl) has put his "quaint" Los Feliz home on the market at a whopping $100,000 less than what he bought it for.
Ouch.
It's currently listed at $3.25 million, but I bet the price will go down even further before someone buys it. Such a great market right now for buyers, but oh so crappy for sellers.
I could actually see myself living here. It's not ridiculously extravagant like we've seen from so many other celebrities, but it has amazing 1940s Mediterranean architectural details.

Though it's typical Mediterranean style, I'm not a big fan of the low ceilings. It just makes everything look so much smaller, but the various textures from concrete flooring to the beamed wood ceiling give it variety and make it look more like an artist's hodge-podge-like lair than an actor's home.
Do you like the style of Jason's home?

Not my style at all. The ceilings are too low and the pool area needs work...3.25 million, really? LOL
i do... but i don't see what makes it so special that it's a few million dollars
its not my style, but its a nice home.
Nice home but really cluttered
Not my style either...but I love the pool :)
The low ceilings are a turn off, but I like it overall.
Cute home but not my style.
