Call me crazy, but I could swear that when you get arrested (numerous times) and get sentenced to jail, you're supposed to be punished. Does this look like a form of punishment to you?

so she's not going to jail then??
She still has to report to jail by next Tuesday, but has checked into this rehab place for the time being. I think she's doing this in hopes that she can get out of going to jail. If the judge sees that she's trying to "better herself," he'll change the sentence.
Whatever. If it's a good rehab she's paying for, I don't care if it looks like the oval office. It's rehab - if it works, it's a GOOD THING. She's still going to jail regardless.
