Budget Find: Recycled Letter Hook

Urban Outfitters: $3.99

I'm always looking for great deals for the home and tiny touches that make our house feel more like ours without dropping hundreds of dollars on the project.

I moved into my first home a little less than a year ago, and I had really big plans for the place. I was going to re-do the countertops and tile the fireplace and paint the front door and change the flooring and the list goes on and on and on. Only problem: I didn't get a winning lottery ticket at closing.

Sure, a lot of my grand home improvement plans have been put off, until we can afford them, but that doesn't mean I can't go looking for great deals.

I recently saw this recycled letter hook at Urban Outfitters and loved how colorful and personal it is while also being a downright steal for under $5 a letter. You can buy multiple letters and spell something out or just use your last name initial. Hang it by the front door and you'll see this nice (bargain!) touch right when you walk in the door. Perfect for keys or coats or umbrellas.
