Sam Poueu and Stephanie Anderson had one of reality television's most heartwarming romances. After meeting on The Biggest Loser, Poueu proposed on the show in 2010, and they married in April 2012. This January, they announced they were expecting a baby, and it looked like had found their happily ever after. So today's news that they are divorcing is especially shocking.

They've been through some of life's biggest ups and toughest downs together, many of which we watched play out before our very eyes. They literally went through thick and thin together (they lost a combined total of almost 250 pounds), and even sickness and health as Anderson had to nurse Poueu back to health after he fell from a 54-foot high roof deck.

So what could it be now that's so serious that they are going to split when their baby's arrival is just weeks away?

Jillian Michaels may be best known for her hardcore workouts and aggressive training style on The Biggest Loser, but the mom of two has a lot more to offer than lessons on "lunges, chicken, and broccoli," as she jokes. In an effort to share information, tools, and inspiration that will help people create the lives of their dreams, she's launched her "Maximize Your Life" Tour.

Jillian recently caught up with us from the road to discuss this 34-city adventure she's embarked on and offer fellow moms practical and passionate fitness pointers. Oh, but not before sharing the "stage" with her 3-year-old, Lukensia, who interrupted to say hello! "Every time I'm on a call, I'm not allowed to continue the phone call until Lu has had an opportunity to say what she needs to say," she explained. Ha, so cute!

Fashion Police's Kelly Osbourne has lost and kept off 70 pounds (whoa!) since 2009, so it's no wonder that every time she talks about how she did it and how she's managed to stay so fit, our ears perk up. And unlike some Hollywood health nuts (yes, I'm looking at you, GOOPy Gwyneth!), Kelly usually sounds pretty down to earth ... Like she's juggling a lot of the same food and exercise issues as the rest of us. And as a result, she seems to always switch up her routine.

She spoke recently with SELF magazine about what her healthy lifestyle looks like these days. Here, five awesome strategies Kelly uses every day to stay slim, strong, and happy ...

In my eyes, there is nothing more empowering than watching someone valiantly conquer weight loss. Last night season 14 of The Biggest Loser came to a close and Danni Allen took home the title. Starting her weight loss journey at 258 pounds, the advertising account executive from Illinois lost 121 pounds and 46.9 percent of her starting body weight -- taking home the $250,000 prize. And holy wow, she looks awesome. OK, understatement: She looks HOT.

All of season 14's contestants are inspiring, but Danni's story strikes close to home. During last night's finale, she said, "I didn't know that my dreams were possible, and I finally feel like my dream's come true." Yes, Danni. But this is only the beginning.

This is sure to bring out some haters, and some terrible puns about who the "biggest loser" really is, but I think it's a cool idea that Michelle Obama is going to guest star on NBC's Biggest Loser. The White House episode will be a two-parter -- the contestants will go to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue where their (spoiler alert) family members will surprise them. In part two the following week, Mrs. O shows up to teach them about how adult eating habits affect children. Her appearance is obviously pegged to her Let's Move! initiative and the Loser-ettes are going to be treated to the show's first ever White House workout.

If I were them, I'd be a little nervous. I mean, have you seen Michelle's arms? There are going to be a lot of push-ups in the Loser-ettes' future.

Last season, Biggest Loser had to say goodbye to Jillian Michaels, and this year, they've said hello to her "replacement," former tennis star Anna Kournikova. Kournikova could never be considered a direct "replacement" to Jillian, who is a certified personal trainer, but she definitely has the star/cover girl part down. In fact, she's on the cover of the November issue of Women's Health, and inside, she talks about where she is in her life right now. Interesting, being that most of us are wondering, how does one go from being an internationally recognized tennis pro to training Biggest Loser contestants?

In Kournikova's words: "I've worked with the best nutritionists, psychologists, and coaches in the world. All that stuff is stored right here [tapping her forehead] and is, like, bursting out."

    Ooookay.

The longest season of Biggest Loser came to an epic conclusion during last night's finale, when opera singer Olivia Ward lost 129 pounds to become the winner of the coveted $250,000 prize and title of "The Biggest Loser" of season 11. While most of the contestants did an AMAZING job shedding thousands of pounds among them, both on the Ranch and at home, I've been rooting for Olivia all along, because she had a unique reason for paring half of her body weight.

Not only did she feel sick health-wise when she came to the Ranch at 261 pounds, but she was also heartbroken. She was diagnosed with the hormonal imbalance polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), which is often linked to obesity. If she didn't lose a significant amount of weight, she may not be able to carry a child to term. The 35-year-old and her husband, Ben, wanted nothing more than to become parents in the near future, so Olivia was determined to get fit.

Now, Olivia's story will most definitely help others.

Anna KournikovaIt was just announced tonight during the finale of The Biggest Loser that tennis star Anna Kournikova would replace beloved celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels on the hit reality show, and already the snark mill (otherwise known as Twitter) is lobbing insults, skepticism, and criticism at NBC and the poor woman who hasn't even officially started yet. Even though Todd Lubin, an executive producer of the show, told Vulture that he and the other producers "intentionally tried to not replace" Michaels, you'll be hard pressed to find anyone but a few fans who are happy with the decision tonight.

Don't worry too much, Anna. People, by nature, can't handle change (although I guess this makes your new job double hard too).

So what does everyone have against Anna Kournikova anyway? Well, here are the top criticisms so far.

This week, The Biggest Loser was all about the "Last Chance." Last chance workouts, sure, but ultimately, the last chance for the final four to win two of the guaranteed spots in the finale; the remaining two, well, they'll have to rely on a public vote over who should get the third one.

There was no doubt in my mind from the outset of this episode that I wanted to see sisters Olivia and Hannah as the final two, and Irene as the third place contestant. Jay irritates the hell out of me, because, just like his daughter, Jen, who left a few weeks back, he's never happy with his weight-loss. Always wishes it was a few pounds more, blah blah blah. Shut up and be happy you're on the second to last episode of the season, dude!

Last night's Biggest Loser was Makeover Week, which is supposedly "everyone's favorite" episode, because we get to see the contestants we've grown to love bust out of their old, humdrum looks, as they get polished and prettied up by Tim Gunn and L.A. stylists. Because everyone needs blond highlights after losing nearly 100 pounds, duh. Admittedly, everyone did look fab, but one contestant in particular stood out to me ... and that would be Olivia.

Olivia is my favorite this season, and I'm so happy to see her still standing. I love that she's doing this not just for herself, but because she wants to start a family with her husband. It's such a genuine, heart-warming reason that so many women can or should relate to. (How many people struggle with fertility because of obesity ... PCOS ... hypothyroidism, etc.?)
