Have you always wanted a personal trainer? Well, now you have one!
Taylor Ryan is CafeMom's new trainer, here each week to help us get in shape. Today, she shows us the double lunge—a simple exercise to work our thighs, butt, and stomach. And to make sure our diet is on track, she also shares a healthy eating tip to focus on for the week.
Taylor is the head trainer for The Art of Weight Lifting, as well as Fat Blasting Boot Camps for Moms in her hometown, Charleston. Each week, she's agreed to share with us a new exercise and healthy eating tip.
Here is this week's tip:
Get a good dose of fiber in with every meal. Fiber not only keeps the digestive track running healthy, but it also helps to make you feel fuller sooner and longer to help shed pounds. Great high fiber sources include: fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
Are you eating enough fiber?
