Do You Eat Enough Fruits and Veggies?

We're still not eating our fruits and veggies, according to a recent government study.

It can be overwhelming to fit in the dietary recommendations of five or more each day (check serving sizes here), even though we know these healthy choices decrease the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and they help us control our weight. I try really hard, and yesterday, I only got three. I'm wondering how other CafeMoms stack up.
