Even though I have really good eating habits, I knew I still wasn't eating as many servings as I needed. I solved the problem by drinking 3 glasses of vegetable juice a day. Doesn't really matter what brand, although I try to watch the sodium content and make sure there aren't any additives, preservatives, sugar, etc. A great benefit is that my hair has gotten a lot thicker and has a lot more body than it had before. Even my eyelashes have gotten thicker. I had a woman ask me the other day if my eye lashes were real. I love just about every vegetable, but discovering the advantages of vegetable juice has been great. It's also handy to cook with. If you have any left over veggies, dump them in a pot and pour some vegetable juice over them for a quick and tasty soup. Flavor it with various spices. Real time saver.
I get 13 if not more a day - I drink MonaVie - plus I am a fruit and veggie eater by choice - love all produce. If organic the better - i am very sensitive to the herbacides and pesticides that the produce market uses
I eat fairly well, All of my dinners and lunch and snacks have veggies and fresh fruit in them or with it, I can eat more and i am working on that.
I eat pretty much 5 or more per day. Two servings at brekkie ( fresh fruit plus juice), fruit snack mid-morning, veg for lunch, sometimes another fruit or veg for afternoon snack, then one or two veg for supper.
