Her goal? To be more active and lose 26 pounds. Each week we're checking in on her progress and giving her words of encouragement!

Let's find out what happened during Week 3...

CM: How much do you weigh? How many pounds have you lost or gained?

I am at 179!

What happened this week?

Well, it's been two weeks since my last post, and three weeks total, and I've lost 2 lbs.

How many days last week did you exercise?

I have to admit, I didn't exercise everyday...but I only missed three days in two weeks, so it's not all that bad.

How was your diet this week?

I had quite a few slip-ups this week: lunch with a girlfriend at Olive Garden, breakfast out with hubby, etc.

How are you feeling?

I am definitely feeling my endurance increase as the weeks go by...I can make myself do a whole set of crunches instead of stopping midway through.

What was the biggest challenge for you last week?

Again, I think it was going out to eat.

How are you feeling about your weight loss journey so far?

It felt great to find that I lost a few pounds!

Anything else?

I am going to join the gym this week with my sister!...I don't have a photo this week due to a broken digital camera. Hopefully, next week I will have a new one!
