Weekly Weight Loss Calendar: Week 1

She's a 29-year-old mama to Madison, 5, and Lucus, 1, and lives in Ohio. Her goal? To be more active and lose 26 pounds. Each week we're checking in with her to see her progress and give her words of encouragement!

CM: How many pounds have you lost?

I haven't weighed myself yet! It's a bit too soon for me.

Tell us about your week.

All in all, I had a pretty good week. I stuck with Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred even when I was feeling really lazy.

How many days last week did you exercise?

I worked out all seven days! I did the 30 Day Shred.

How was your diet this week?

I am following the Points System of Weight Watchers, so it's pretty basic. High fiber, low fat, and tons of veggies!

How are you feeling?

I definitely have more energy. The workout is intense, so I am really getting used to it.

What was the biggest challenge for you this week?

We went out to dinner for DH's birthday to Damons. That was tough. I slipped up a little by eating two rolls with my salad. But I had lite dressing on my salad, so it wasn't too, too bad.

Overall, how would you describe your weight loss journey this week?

Just today, all day I said to myself "I'm going to take a break from working out today." But I decided that it's only a 30-minute workout, so I forced myself to do it, and I am so proud!!

And one last thing: I'M DRINKING TONS OF WATER! I know you ladies don't know me, but that is huge for me!
