After this holiday season (and all the, ahem, seasonal eating I've been doing), my stomach is going to need some serious attention. That's why I'm fascinated by this pilates-based ab workoutfrom Self Magazine's "Dr. Abs."
These ab exercises are supposedly up to 200 percent more effective than regular crunches. Integrate them into your workout three times per week on nonconsective days.
