Check out The Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel's nude PETA billboard near Times Square. I think she looks fantastic, don't you? And guess what? Frankel was already pregnant when she posed for that photo.
The billboard's slogan? "Fur? I'd rather go naked."
Though the reality star and cookbook author used to wear fur, she got involved in PETA's anti-fur campaign after seeing a sign of a "skinned animal." She says: "I'm cleaning out my closets—trim, everything. I don't see any reason for cruelty."
Not everyone is so thrilled with the ad, however, including Frankel's co-star Jill Zarin, who tweeted: "I wouldn’t throw stones at glass houses, my love." Apparently, this comment refers to the fact that Frankel's cookbook, Naturally Thin, contains several chicken recipes. Zarin seems to be wondering how someone could say they are against animal cruelty but then actively encourage people to eat chicken.
I'm not going to take a side here. Instead, I'll continue to be envious of how good Frankel looks in that photo.
What do you think of Frankel's PETA billboard? How do you think she looks?
