My husband swears by tea. His allergies flair up pretty bad in the spring and it gives him an upset stomach, so he always has a cup of tea in his hand in the evenings.
I've never been into natural remedies until recently so I will have to keep these in mind in case of sickness.
Hot Tea always does wonders. Or Ginger Ale seems to always help my belly or Coke a Cola.
I have already had the flu but wrote down things to do as who knows I may get it again.. Flu always makes me feel like I wish I were dead. I don't think I am the only one that feels that way.
