FitCeleb.com reports that Kelly Osbourne has lost a whopping 20 pounds since being on Dancing With the Stars!
So, how'd she do it?
Kelly lost weight through pilates, following a healthy diet, giving up sugary sodas, and, of course, the grueling hours of training and dancing that it takes to be on the show.
I am so excited for her! She looks healthy and fantastic!

I am glad she lost weight. She looks just like her mom. But really I don't think she danced better than Aaron Carter and Karina Smirnoff. I love Karina.Obviously Kelly's parent's have got the pull especially mommy. Wasn't she the daughter of the president of the record label Ozzy was on years ago?

I think Kelly looks great too and I hope her addiction days are behind her. Like her dad was so stubborn and finally woke up. Ozzy though is awesome. I'd love to meet him and Sharrrrrrrrron!
But the fact of whom her parents are or worked for should not play a role in her performance or how she does and how far she advances. She is her own and that, despite whom any of the celbs are, it is their ability that should get them the win, not a who's who of whom they know or are related to.
She is young and has so much of her life ahead of her even after DWTS.
I don't watch TV, but saw a clip of her on the Ellen show on youtube and then watched a few videos of her dancing on youtube as well. I have to say, I was so impressed by her, the way she spoke so candidly about her addiction recovery, growing up in the spotlight and how terrible people were to her, and how she is accepting herself now and trying to be healthy and move on from her past. She is a beautiful young lady and I really hope that she stays on this track of being healthy in body and mind.
I think shes funny, open, and adorable. I'm happy she has turned her life around in just about every way, and its nice to see her doing and looking so well
