A funny story: My husband and I have an alarm clock that automatically re-sets itself in the fall and spring to account for Daylight Saving Time.
The problem? It thought last Sunday was the end of Daylight Saving Time this year, so you can imagine how confused we were Sunday morning...We thought it was 8 a.m. when actually it was 9 o'clock. Yikes!
Daylight Saving Time ends at 2:00 a.m. local time on the November 1, 2009. That's THIS Sunday, everyone (especially Mr. Cafe Kim!!!!). Be sure to set your clock back one hour.
You know what that means?
We'll all have an extra hour to sleep in the morning after Halloween.
Love it. I certainly could use an extra hour, can you?
Will setting the clock back mess with your baby's schedule? Have you ever forgotten to set your clock back?

for me that means my toddler will try and wake up at 6:30 instead of 7:30 and I will have to make her go back to bed.
Yup, all it means for me is my toddler getting up an hour earlier. No extra sleeping in this house. He won't go back to sleep if he's had his good 12 hours so daylight savings means nothing to me anymore then a day with an extra hour in which I have to keep my son busy!
yeah they changed it this yr just so Halloween would have an extra hour of sunlight. i doubt we will be sleeping any later though, our kids will probably wake up their usual time.
