In my mind, "healthy" and "dessert" don't belong in the same sentence. :) But, grilled pineapple does sound delish.
My kids love the frozen grapes, expecially in the summer.
I like to get a whole pineapple cut it up and freeze it. Then I take some out about 30 minutes before I'm ready to eat it. It's still frozen in the middle but the outside is thawed. Yum.
We love dessert but it's not usually healthy. It's usually ice cream and it's not low fat or low cal.
i love skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, hostess 100 calories mini cupcakes [my favorite is the strawberry ones] and 94% fat free popcorn. also, something my sister taught me is slice a banana on a plate, drizzle with sugar free chocolate syrup and put in the freezer for 30 mins. you get frozen treat thats healthy but also sweet.
While not considered "dessert" by many, we definitely love our fruit bowl salads - grapes, melon, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, etc. all make an amazingly healthy dessert. In fact, you can even add a little coffee cake on the side and not feel guilty!
