Move of the Week: Tai Chi

Moms are usually stressed out, that's a given. And it's hard to fit in time to exercise BUT if you are able to do so, try doing an excercise that kills two birds with one stone: burn calories and reduce stress.   


This video from Self shows you how to do graceful Tai Chi moves that will both relax and tone your body.

The key to Tai Chi is to do the moves slowly, as if you're in water. Breath in through your nose, completely filling your lungs as you inhale and think about releasing tension as you exhale.
