It's hard to stay motivated to exercise! That's why I like to sign up for a charity walk or run each season. Having a goal gets me moving, and I feel energized knowing that I'm helping people and exercising for a good cause. Plus, it's usually a whole lot of fun!

Four thousand participants...all of them with their dogs! Can you even imagine? It was a great day!
