Move of the Week: Tank Top Arms Upper Body

Our favorite trainer, Cindy Whitmarsh from Exercise TV, shows us how to sculpt our upper bodies so that they look fantastic in those cute summery tank tops! She's used this move for several clients of hers and all have raved about it. 
 
How does this move benefit your body?
This 20-minute workout is good to get a lean,  toned body and tight abs in a short amount of time! This workout is effective upper body and ab focused and let me tell you it works!
 
How many reps/sets should you do and how many times a week should you do it?
You should do this workout every other day following the sets and reps I show you in the video. If you don't feel fatigued by the end of a set you should add more weight so that you really benefit from the exercise.
 
Which muscles does this exercise move work?
In this workout you will be working shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, back, core, posture and of course abs! Full upper body in 20 minutes! Love it!
 
What is the difficulty level for this move?
You can make this beginner or advanced by the weight you choose and using the modifications I show you in the workout. I suggest you step it up for maximum results. Don't be affraid of lifting to heavy. Watch your form and pick the right weight!
 
How long does it take to see results?
With proper diet you will see results in less than two weeks.
