This move benefits the body in many ways! It will sculpt your entire lower body, aid in lifting your glutes and firming up your thighs!
How many reps/sets should you do and how many times a week should you do it?
I would recommend doing this exercise every other day. Perform 20 to 30 reps on each leg for maximun results!
Which muscles does this exercise move work? This exercise in multifunctional! It works your thighs, hamstrings, glutes and calves!
What is the difficulty level for this move? I would say this exercise is a moderate to advanced exercise. You could make it more beginner by performing it stationary and hold onto a wall or chair. Or make it more advanced by holding onto weights as you more forward!
How long does it take to see results? If you do this exercise every other day along with at least 30 minutes of cardio and proper nutrition you should see results in a few weeks!
After trying this exercise, my legs kinda feel like jello, but that's a good thing!
